For drug-free relief from:

The Buteyko technique is a highly effective breathing reconditioning program for normalising breathing for optimum health, healing and performance.

Buteyko breathing retraining involves a series of breathing exercises, which change poor underlying breathing patterns. As breathing is normalised, every system of the body improves and the symptoms of many diseases, along with the need for medication, reduce or disappear.

Symptoms which are reduced or eliminated by using the Buteyko technique include:

  • Respiratory system: Shortness of breath, chest tightness, over-sensitivity of airways, excessive sneezing, blocked or running nose, blocked sinuses, excessive yawning and sighing, snoring, sleep apnoea
  • Nervous system: Light-headedness, dizziness, poor concentration, numbness, tingling & coldness (especially in hands, feet or face), loss of memory, loss of consciousness, restless legs
  • Heart: Palpitations, tachycardia (fast heart beat) or arrhythmias (irregular heart beat)
  • Psychological: Anxiety, tension, panic attacks
  • General: Insomnia, fatigue, headache, dry mouth, abdominal bloating, belching, flatulence, poor immune function, pre-menstrual tension, painful periods.
Participants regularly report:
  • The ability to breathe easily
  • Reduction and elimination of symptoms (asthmatics achieve an average 96% reduction in need for reliever medication)
  • Reduction in pharmaceutical and medical costs
  • Better quality sleep and waking fresh
  • The ability to control symptoms naturally
  • Improved ability to manage stress
  • Greater energy levels and endurance
